Our shipping fees are determined by your geographical location. We make an effort to be able to ship our goods to as many countries as possible, and in the event your country is not listed for shipment please contact us at

We ship goods by parcel post (DHL) in order to make it possible to track the parcel in the event of problems. The goods are insured during shipment.
Any complaints in the event of visual parcel damage or complete or partial loss of parcel content should be made immediately upon receipt. Delivery service must make a note of damage parcel. In the event of invisible parcel damage, complaints should be made to the forwarder as soon as possible in form of documentation.
We always make sure to package goods carefully in order to minimise shipping damage.
Shipment always at Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Right to return
Secretroom.at offers a 14 days right to return in force from the day you receive the goods. Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were received.
Once we receive the goods and approve their return the purchase amount will be transferred to your account or original payment method. Payments can take a few working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of delivery.
Refunds are only made to credit cards used to purchase the goods in order to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to keep the post office receipt as documentation that the goods have been shipped.
Returned Items must conform to our Returns Policy. Return of goods always takes places at your own account.
